- Job Schedule: 10:00 - 17:00, Mon - Sat
- Salary: 400 AZN/month + commission

Summary:
- We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Study Abroad Manager to join our team
- The ideal candidate will manage and oversee the online applications and visa documentation process for students aspiring to study abroad
- This role requires a high level of proficiency in English and familiarity with educational and immigration processes

Responsibilities:
- Manage and process student applications for study abroad programs, ensuring all information is accurate and complete
- Assist students with the preparation and submission of visa documentation, adhering to tight deadlines and regulatory requirements
- Maintain organized records of student applications, correspondence, and visa outcomes
- Provide timely and accurate advice to students regarding their application status and any necessary next steps
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools and ChatGPT efficiently to enhance communication and documentation accuracy

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a study abroad company, demonstrating thorough understanding of the application and visa documentation processes
- Proficiency in english and azerbaijani languages at a C1 level or higher
- Strong competency in Microsoft office applications
- Experience with ChatGPT or similar AI technologies is highly desirable
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with students and educational partners
- A commitment to delivering high-quality service in a dynamic and challenging environment
